Auction rules

These rules match how Аукција runs auctions. Website, app, and staff all show the same current bid, leader, and end time. The API is the only judge.

Live lots

Staff publish starts the auction immediately. There is no scheduled start.
Every live auction lasts 5 days from publish, plus extra minutes if someone bids in the last 3 minutes.
Everyone sees the current price. Nobody sees other people’s names or their maximums on the lot (the bid list shows first names of bidders).
A new bid must beat the current one by at least €50. A bid cannot go above Buy now. If a maximum reaches Buy now, the lot is sold at Buy now.
Bids cannot be taken back, except staff for an obvious typing error reported immediately.
The seller cannot bid on their own lot.

Winner and seller see the other person’s phone with Call, WhatsApp, and Viber. Guests do not.
The buyer pays the seller the vehicle price outside Аукција.
If the seller reports within 5 days after Sold that the buyer did not complete, the deposit (when deposits are on) stays with Аукција and the seller gets one free re-publish. If the seller stays silent, the deposit returns to the buyer.
